How long will delivery take?

Digital products (eBooks & audiobooks) are delivered instantly after purchase.
For physical books purchased via Amazon links, delivery time varies depending on your location and Amazon’s shipping policies, usually within 2 to 7 business days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. After purchasing a digital product from eBookKeys, an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your email.
For Amazon purchases, invoices are issued directly by Amazon.

Can I get a refund or return a product?

Refunds for digital products are granted only in case of download or access issues.
For physical products, refund and return policies are governed by Amazon’s terms and conditions.

Can I order a book not listed on your website?

Yes! Contact us via our contact form or live chat with the book title or ISBN. We’ll do our best to source it for you or provide a reliable link.

What is a wishlist?

A wishlist lets you save books or audiobooks you’re interested in so you can come back to them later. You can create and manage your wishlist in your account dashboard.

When is the payment taken from my bank account?

For digital products, payment is processed immediately upon checkout.
For Amazon purchases, payment is taken once the order is confirmed, based on Amazon’s payment policy.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

For digital items, please contact us if the file doesn’t work or is incorrect.
For physical items, you must initiate the return or replacement process directly with Amazon as per their return policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders for digital products are processed instantly and cannot be canceled after purchase.
Amazon orders can be canceled if they haven’t been shipped yet. Please log in to your Amazon account to manage your order.

What is “package tracking” in my order history?

Package tracking refers to the ability to track your physical product order from Amazon.
A tracking link is usually provided in your Amazon order confirmation and can be found in your Amazon account.

Is my payment information secure?

For Amazon purchases, payment is handled securely by Amazon’s trusted payment system.
